SELF-MANAGEMENT WHOLE HOUSE OF MONTERIGGIONI:
350.00 Euros per night (with suite: 420.00 Euros)
Linen kit (sheets, pillowcase, towels): € 5.00
for winter hospitality, the payment of a supplement for heating based on actual consumption is required);
PARTIAL USE HOME:
single room: 30.00 / 40.00 € per night;
double room: 50.00 / 75.00 € per night,
suite-studio apartment: € 70.00 / € 85.00 per night.
CHILDREN UP TO 12 YEARS: free of charge if accommodated in the room with their parents (payment of the only, if any, linen kit);
for PILGRIMS WITH CREDENTAL CARD a contribution of € 20.00 per night is required.
(supplement of 5 € for linen kit).
PRIEST HOSPITALITY: free offer.
For all guests over 12 years the payment of the tourist tax of € 1.00 per night for the first 3 nights is required.
CONTRIBUTION for the use of the Casa di San Michele in Rencine
the house is reserved for self-management groups
BOYS / STUDENTS: € 13 per night;
ADULTS: € 16 per night;
FREE: 1 free every 15 people.
The consumption of electricity, gas and water are counted separately.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the group that receives the house in self-management.
