SELF-MANAGEMENT FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE IN MONTERIGGIONI: 350.00 € per night (with the suite: 420,00 €)

Bed and table linen (single or double sheet, pillowcase, towels [hand towels and bath towels]): 7,00 €

In winter a supplement is expected to be paid because of heating according to real consumption. Gradual reductions are applied: 10% from the third day of stay and 20% from the fifth day of stay.

PARTIAL USE OF THE HOUSE:
Single room: 30,00/ 40,00 € per night;
Double room: 50,00/ 75,00 € per night;
Suite- flat let: 70,00/ 85,00 € per night

SELF-MANAGEMENT FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE IN RENCINE:
CHILDREN/ STUDENTS: 12 € per night;
ADULTS: 15 € per night.
A special GROUP DISCOUNT is applied: one person does not pay every ten people.
The house is rented for a minimum of 150 € per night.
The consumption of electricity, gas and water are charged separately.
Cleaning is up to the group that has rented the house.
If the group does not clean the house at the end of its stay, we add 50 €.
